Jeanne & I've been chatting about visiting Santa Monica again (and perhaps living there for a while) every now and again in the last couple of weeks.
When we visited LA in December last year, we spent 3 absolutely amazing days in Santa Monica and loved how much it felt like Cape Town, without actually being home.
Now, we absolutely love Cape Town (and South Africa), so moving abroad permanently isn't an option we're really entertaining... But perhaps taking a bit of a break from the world for 6 months, writing another book or just Woo-working is most definitely something at the back of our minds.
